General Terms and Conditions
- The Minify Monster service provides compression of images and other files. The service provider is Lukáš Foldina, IČ 73893901, with its registered office in Gen. Janouska 16, Ostrava.
- The service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The service is operated on a cloud platform with regular availability 99.99%.
- The price for the service is based on the usage of the service, i.e. the volume of data transferred. More in the price list. The price is charged to the user's credit card once a month and is non-refundable. Any outstanding charges for overage usage which did not appear on the last bill will be added to the next bill.
- The User is responsible for the accuracy and veracity of the registration data.
- Users may not impair the stability, block or modify any part of the Services. Users must keep API Keys confidential and not share them with any third party.
- Users may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Users must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws, rules and regulations in jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or trademark laws).
- If the user cancels the service before the end of the current paid month, the cancellation will be effective at the end of the month and will not be charged again. At the end of the accounting period, any overage in the volume of data transferred that occurred in the current paid month will be additionally charged.
- The user agrees that the provider is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or events beyond its control, including the actions of third parties.
